RC Part 83 – Case Histories by Kate Atkinson & Shut Eye by Adam Baron

Both of these books are about private detectives investigating various different murders and unsavoury goings on. The problem is that I read the first one and listened to the second one in the car on CD. As a result, the stories and characters became rather interchangeable. Not very helpful when you are trying to work out what us going on!!!!

  • I’m a big Kate Atkinson fan and have read Case Histories and enjoyed it. Can’t wait for her next one, When will there be good news?, to come out in paperback so I can buy it without spending silly money.

  • If you see my blog from a couple of weeks ago, I also reviewed Case Histories! And read it with a couple of other similar books – and found it all a bit confusing. Three books all set in Cambridge – and bodies all over the place…
